Overview

The systems I've built as a full-stack developer at Cekat.AI: a Jira-style ticketing board, a monday.com-style CRM, an AI conversation pipeline and a visual chat-flow builder.

What I built

  • A ticketing system in the style of a Jira kanban board: fully customizable, with drag-and-drop tickets.
  • A CRM in the style of monday.com, also fully customizable: custom field types, table and board views, real-time updates, bulk editing and CSV export.
  • An AI chatbot that answers customer messages and also helps with business workflows, powered by large language models.
  • A visual chat-flow builder on ReactFlow, so business users can design conversation paths themselves.
